In order to advance from rank 6 to 7, talk to the Old Man Diadara (Weapon Shop), select the talk command and get the Husband's Letter.

When you reach the rank 4 in the Devil social link (Sayako Uehara -- Nurse), you will see a cutscene with Hisano and you will be able to access the social link.(
